🌿About Me

Bridging science, research and lived experience

Hi, I’m Dr. Sarah and I hold a PhD in clinical psychology. My work is centered on growth, resilience, and practical strategies that help people thrive in everyday life. Through years of academic research and hands-on experience, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to transform challenges into strengths, rebuild balance, and create lives that feel meaningful and fulfilling. My approach is collaborative, action-oriented, and focused on building the tools, confidence, and habits that empower lasting change.

Academic Training and Experience

My academic background and clinical training allow me to bridge science with practical guidance, helping clients transform challenges into strengths, restore balance, and build more meaningful, fulfilling lives. I have worked with children, adults, and older adults, providing support across the lifespan for concerns such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other emotional or cognitive difficulties. My expertise also includes neurorehabilitation and addressing the social issues that often accompany trauma and major life changes.

Lived Experience

Alongside my academic training and practical knowledge, I bring the perspective of lived experience as a survivor of trauma. I know firsthand the uncertainty, isolation, and emotional challenges that come with rebuilding a ‘new normal.’ This journey allows me to meet clients with authenticity, empathy, and a deeper understanding of what it truly takes to heal and move forward.

My Approach

By integrating my training, research, and lived experience, I offer a coaching approach that is practical, collaborative, and results-driven. Together, we work to transform challenges into strengths, restore balance and confidence, and move beyond recovery toward a purposeful and fulfilling life.

Why Clients Work With Me

Clients choose to work with me because I bring a unique blend of specialized expertise, lived experience, and a deeply client-centered approach. With a PhD in clinical psychology, focused on neurorehabiltation and social issues, I pair scientific knowledge with the insight of someone who has walked the recovery journey firsthand. My work is rooted in empathy, practical strategies, and a focus on growth — helping clients not just cope, but truly thrive.

A Note From Sarah

“I’ve lived many of the struggles my clients face, and I know how overwhelming it can feel. My goal is to walk alongside you with both professional knowledge and personal understanding, so together we can restore balance, resilience, and hope for a better future.”

Dr. Sarah's guidance helped me find a balance life style after my trauma.

Beside it, a copy of The New York Times newspaper is laid on top of another bag, possibly blue. The newspaper article headline addresses the resumption of attacks in Gaza after a truce, and the image on the front shows a group of people attending to an injured individual.
