Brain Injury Life — A Journey of Survival, Resilience, and Purpose
Brain Injury Life tells the deeply personal story of my journey following a childhood hemorrhagic stroke and the challenges of living with an acquired brain injury. It explores the realities of trauma, recovery, family caregiving, social isolation, and the lifelong process of adapting to a new normal, including the determination and perseverance required to overcome significant neurological, emotional, and personal challenges while pursuing my education and ultimately earning a PhD in Clinical Psychology. Blending lived experience with insights from psychology and neurorehabilitation, the book offers hope, practical guidance, and a powerful reminder that even after profound trauma and life-changing adversity, it is possible to rediscover purpose and build a meaningful, fulfilling life.

Trauma Queen — Turning Life's Challenges Into Strength
Trauma Queen, my upcoming book, explores the emotional journey of surviving trauma, rediscovering identity, and learning to thrive beyond life's most difficult experiences. Drawing on my personal experiences, academic research, and professional background in clinical psychology, I explore how trauma shapes us, how resilience develops, and how we can move forward without allowing our past to define our future. Part memoir and part self-help guide, Trauma Queen is about embracing your new normal, reclaiming your strength, and discovering that healing is not simply about surviving — it's about learning to live fully again.
